I read Never Let Me Go just before they announced it was being made into a film. I was dying to see it in the cinema as soon as it came out but I never managed to, so I pre-ordered the DVD from Amazon. I only got round to watching it this afternoon and it really is amazing. Not quite as good as the book but still incredible. It's shot beautifully and Carey Mulligan is just wonderful.
I cried the hardest I've ever cried at a film (and even The Lion King can reduce me to an emotional wreck...)
